By commissioning me, you are stating that you have read and agreed to these terms.
Basic ToS:
Commissions are taken via email and all correspondence will be conducted through the email provided. Please include "Commission" in subject line and a description of the work desired.
50% payment expected upfront.
USD only.
Do not send money until commission is confirmed.
Commissioner can re-upload the image with credits given to myself in the form of a link to my Twitter or instagram (MUST be a link)
Artwork cannot be used commercially, or claimed as your own.
By commissioning, you are verifying you are 18 years of age or older.
In Depth ToS:
SECTION I. IMAGE COPYRIGHT
I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use.
All commissioned artwork is for noncommercial purpose only. Redistribution of my artwork for use in printed merchandise or as promotion of goods, services or social media pages is prohibited.
Clients are PROHIBITED, under all circumstances, to use commissions - in part or in full - for non-fungible tokens. Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non-fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.
If you have any questions about this, ask me before commissioning me.
Conditions for Reposting
The client has my permission to repost the artwork wherever they would like, as long as proper credit is given (a link back to my Twitter and/or Instagram profile) and my watermark/signature remains intact and unaltered.
Prohibited Actions
Altering my artwork in any way without asking for permission before hand, with the exception of cropping/resizing the image for an icon or other use.
Claiming the artwork as your own.
Tokenising work - in part or in full - as an NFT.
If these terms are broken, you will be privately blacklisted from commissioning me and reported.
SECTION II. PAYMENT INFORMATION
I accept payment in USD. All USD payments will be taken via Paypal only (unless otherwise arranged). 50% deposit is expected within 24 hrs (unless otherwise arranged). It is the commissioner's responsibility to tell me when the payment has been sent.
Refund Policy
Commissioner can cancel at any time, however the 50% deposit is non refundable once work has begun.
The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission at anytime, for any reason, and without explanation.
If I cancel the commission due to my inability to complete it at any state, a full refund will be given.
SECTION III. CONTACT AND COMMUNICATION
Contact can be made via Twitter DMs, Instagram chat, Telegram messaging, or email, but commission discussions will be done via email. This simplifies and consolidates all information in one place for the best interests of both parties.
Visual Reference Guidelines
Client must provide at least one clear rreference image; please supplement the visual reference with any important information I may need to know (desired design elements, colour palette requests, etc).

Any sort of hateful content, such as racism, transphobia, homophobia, or explicit bigotry.
You must be over the age of 18 to commission me. By commissioning me, you are agreeing that you are at or above the age of 18.
SECTION V. WORKFLOW PROCESS
I work best when given some artistic freedom to create an image based on the image(s) you provide.
If there are any delays in completion of a commission, I will personally notify the customer.
Completion of most commissions are generally estimated to take no more than roughly 1 to 2 weeks. Expedited/rush commission can be discussed for an additional fee. If for any reason I am unable to complete a commission, I will issue a full refund.
Works in Progress (WIPS).
I generally do not provide WIPs unless requested. Client must approve sketch of composite works before rendering begins. WIPs will be watermarked.
Revisions
If I, the artist, make any errors in the character design, accessories, or any other visual elements specified in the provided visual references or commission discussion, I will make these edits at no additional cost.
If you do not want me to post your commission online, you must tell me when you order (I do not post personal portraits of minors). Exclusivity of a work will affect the cost of a commission.

Sketch/loose render - $50+
Bust - $125+
Half - $175+
Full - $250+
(based on complexity/composite requirements)
Additional figures +75% per figure
